Vidyanjali is an initiative taken by the Ministry of Education, Government of
India with the aim to strengthen Schools through community and private sector
involvement in schools across the country. This initiative would connect schools
with varied volunteers from the Indian Diaspora namely, young professionals,
retired teachers, retired Government officials, retired professionals, NGOs,
Private Sector and Public Sector Companies, Corporate Institutions and many
others.
The meaning of an eco club in a group who works to contribute to improving
environmental conditions. They offer programs and activities to encourage others
to reduce pollution, plant trees, and more.
Bal Sansad helps students learn about their rights and responsibilities, and
understand how to participate in governance. It also helps students develop
leadership skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.

FLN stands for Foundational Literacy and Numeracy, which refers to the basic
skills of reading, writing, and mathematics. These skills are important for
children's development and success in school and life.
The Department of School Education and Literacy of Jharkhand has initiated a
special initiative called “Prayas -Siti bajao, school bulao” (blow whistle,
summon pupils to school) to get back students who have been missing lessons for
more than a month.

- Features :- The project includes weekly assessments, syllabus completion, and a dashboard to track student performance.
- Benefits :- The project has helped improve the education system in schools, and has resulted in better academic performance.
- History :- The project was started in 2021 by Aditya Ranjan, who was the deputy commissioner of Koderma at the time. It began as a pilot program in six schools, and has since expanded to 305 schools.

Project RAIL, or Regular Assessment for Improved Learning, is an educational initiative in Jharkhand that aims to improve the quality of education in government schools:
Smart class in schools are designed to provide a more immersive and interactive
learning experience for students, making the learning process more engaging,
interesting, and effective. These classrooms are built to incorporate advanced
technological features and provide a modern learning experience for students.
ICT education refers to educational methods that incorporate information and
communication technology. Specifically, ICT education is realized through the
use of hardware such as PCs and tablets, and software such as e-learning and
video content.
The e-Kalyan pre-matric scholarship is a scholarship program in Jharkhand for students in grades 1–10 who are eligible based on their caste and who attend government schools:
